Yes. Insurance is not included, and your goods must be insured for their full value while in storage. More information can be found in our storage agreement.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The weekly rate you see is what you pay, plus VAT. There are no admin fees or surprise charges.
Is there a deposit, and is it refundable?
Yes. A £99 deposit is required, and it is fully refundable.
